Yeah, that’s me, Nathan Chandler, in high school. Why showcase such an embarrassing pic of myself? To prove to you that I have loved everything about movies since I was a young enough for an adult to trust me with an expensive camera. I have always loved watching, creating, writing about and discussing all things movies. My hope that the Movies are Life podcast provides entertaining and engaging movie commentary for busy people.

Nathan has worked for over twenty years in the communication, marketing and video production industry and is the host of the podcast Movies are Life. More than anything, he sees himself as a storyteller and has prolific experience in the world of filmmaking, writing, social networking, brand management and graphic design.
When he’s not trying to consume every bit of movie and television entertainment that he can muster, he emphatically roots for his favorite sports teams (Dallas Cowboys, Sooners, Thunder and Baylor Bears), runs half marathons and loves drinking craft beers with his friends. Most importantly, he tries to make lifetime memories with his beautiful wife and two charismatic girls.
